What is recorded here

Thirty-three metres of curved earth still mark the rath on the north-facing slope, though a later field bank has smothered part of the original wall. The fort belongs to the long human occupancy of Ballymoe country, where grassland and buried boundary keep changing hands. A scattered burial lies thirty metres to the northwest, reminding the eye that this was a lived and remembered place, not a empty shape.

On N-facing slope of a rise in grassland. Poorly preserved circular rath (D 33m) defined by a scarp from W through N to E; elsewhere a field bank overlies the enclosing element.
