Marianne and Tomas walked beside the semi-circular bank in Tubrid More. The road and fieldbank had taken the southern half, leaving only a low earthen curve twenty-five metres across. Marianne touched the warm soil and imagined the missing half still turning beneath the wheel-ruts. Tomas laughed, not at her, but at the fort for keeping half itself hidden. They stood inside the visible arc until dusk, sharing bread and listening for the part the road had swallowed.

Internal diameter 25m E-W This possible univallate rath has been cut to the S by a fieldbank and a road running E-W. No trace of the site survives S of the fieldbank. The remaining semi-circular enclosing earthen bank is very low and wide. It is c 10m wide at the base and rises to .8m above the external ground level. The above description is derived from C.
