Maulyregan holds a perfect earthen circle thirty-six metres across, raised nearly two metres above the undulating Cork pasture. The bank carries a five-metre gap toward the south-east, inviting entry into a space that human hands shaped before memory faded. Fairy fort is the local name, but the measurements are strictly human: deliberate, circular, and built to exclude as much as to include.

In undulating pasture. Circular, raised area (36.5m N-S; 36.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.9m), with scarp to E and W. Break (Wth 5m) in bank to SSE.
