What is recorded here
Fairy fort and earthen ringfort in Magowna, County Clare, Ireland. A rath stands there still, though its history has not been written publicly. The earth may have hidden a home, a boundary or a warning. People may have lived beside it, feared it or forgotten it. The clay remembers more than the account.
