Situated on steep slope of rising ground in undulating countryside. Ringfort (WM008-087----) 490m to SW. A sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 15m N-S; 16m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and external fosse. The fosse is only visible at S & W. Traces of cultivation ridges are visible running NE-SW across the interior. Much of the S side and interior of the monument have been quarried away. Monument has been levelled some time after 1973 report and is not visible on Digital Globe aerial photograph taken November 2011.
