Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Liscullane (clanmaurice By., Kilcaragh Par.) is a circular univallate rath with a 51m internal diameter, enclosed by an overgrown earth and stone bank 7m wide at the base. The western bank was later stone faced, a 5m gap remains on the SE side, and a gate leads into the interior on the NW side. People may have lived, herded or hidden there before the stones became a fairy fort in local memory.

Internal diameter 51m NE-SW This circular univallate rath is enclosed by a fairly overgrown earth and stone bank. The enclosing bank to the W to SW has been later stone faced. The bank is c 7m wide at the base and rises to 1.1m externally and .65m internally. A c 5m wide gap is on the SE side and a gate leads into the interior on the NW side.
