Situated on a fairly level, low-lying landscape. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on digital aerial photographs (WX048-148 _1, _2) taken in July 2006. There is an entrance gap at SE. The large pit or quarry (WX048-147----) is c. 80m to the WNW.
