The Rev Theodore Hardy VC MC DSO was an Army chaplain who earned the Victoria Cross for bravery under fire in World War I, becoming one of only three chaplains to receive this highest British military honor. His actions exemplified courage and compassion, significantly contributing to morale among troops.
