On a height with a 240ft (73m) trig. station on the SW side of the enclosure. The River Nore flows roughly N-S c. 470m to the W. An enclosure (KK028-002----) lies c. 200m to the NW and another (KK028-001----) lies c. 330m to the WNW. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and as an oval enclosure (overall dims. c. 35m NE-SE; c. 28m NW-SE) on the 1948-9 revision. There are some trees growing in the interior and around the perimeter as visible on satellite imagery (Digitalglobe 2011-2013).
