The River Nore flows roughly N-S c. 650m to the W, surrounded by pasture and tillage. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and on the 1899-1902 revision as a circular enclosure (overall diam. c. 80m). There are trees growing around the perimeter but the interior is mostly under grass.
