The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 Aerial photograph (CUCAP BDR 48) shows circular area surrounded by cropmark of fosse (est max. diam. c. 50m). Possibly a ringfort on slight rise.
