In pasture, on a gentle NW-facing slope. Roughly circular depression (diam c. 10m; D >2m) enclosed by bank (Wth 2.2m; ext. H 0.3m). Interior is very deep especially in E-half, indicating a natural swallow hole. The monument is depicted on the 2nd (1952-54) ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular area (map diam. c. 33m) enclosed by a bank and a sketch plan and sections drawn in 1954 there is no evidence of an internal depression (OS Field Memorandums). Enclosure (TS061-107----) is c. 90m to the NW and has a similar depression .
