
What is recorded here
On flat top of hill which slopes very gently to the NE, in tillage in gently undulating terrain. Identified on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (32), 28, 31 3.8.96) as a large circular cropmark. Field boundary runs SE-NW along SW quadrant of the enclosure. No visible trace above ground except for a very subtle rise (diam. c. 40m) in ground level in the vicinity of the enclosure.
