This circular enclosure was identified on an aerial photograph (CUCAP APD 58, July 1966). The field has been ploughed and left, leaving the surface very disturbed. The enclosure (diam. 29.5m) was difficult to make out but was visible as a circular area defined by a slight scarp (H 0.35m) and indications of an outer fosse where the soil was darker in colour. The enclosure is not depicted on a 1749 map of the estate (Neely 2005 Revised editon, 50).
