Clooneybreen in Toor, County Clare, held a large oval enclosure on a low ridge above fertile pasture. The 1840 survey marked it as a ringfort nearly forty-five metres across, yet by 1999 no wall, ditch or earthwork remained visible. The land may have swallowed the structure through grazing, erosion or deliberate removal, leaving only a shape remembered on paper.

At the top of a low wide ridge NE-SW ridge in fertile pasture with higher ground to SE and good views to NW. Hachured as a large oval ringfort (c. 45m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-SW) on the 1840 OS 6-inch map.
