What is recorded here

Some 120m NW of an enclosure (GA042-050----). Poorly preserved oval enclosure (E-W 35m) defined by a low bank of earth and stone. Within the interior are remains of at least two houses. A series of grassed-over stony banks radiate from the monument. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
