What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle NE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 39m ENE-WAW) defined by an earthen bank (at WSW: Wth 4m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 0.7m) and hedge, with traces of an outer fosse (Wth c. 3m; ext. D 0.4m) at NE. The entrance is not identified. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
