What is recorded here

Located on a gentle W-facing slope with a small N-S stream c. 300m to the W. This is a raised oval area (dims. c. 50m NE-SW; c. 35m NW-SE) that is overgrown and defined by an earthen bank (at SSW: Wth 8m; int. H 1m; ext. H 2m.), with an external fosse (Wth of top 5.5m; D 0.5m) SSE-SW. There is an entrance ramp (Wth 2m) at SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
