According to O'Kelly (1969, 21) in Dunningstown there is, 'a rath in the Rath field'. There is no enclosure indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map or the 1946-7 revision. This 'rath' (KK014-093----/KK019-054-----) is unlocated within the townland.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
