Terraced three-bay two-storey house built c.1840. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills having two-over-two timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door.

The facade of this simple and well proportioned building is enhanced by historic features such as sash windows and cast-iron rainwater goods. Its modest but solid design is aesthetically pleasing and it makes a notable contribution to the streetscape.
