Detached three-bay two-storey national school, dated 1832. Derelict, 1973. Extensively renovated, post-2002, to accommodate residential use. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, cut-limestone coping to gables, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls (possibly replacement, post-2002). Square-headed window openings possibly originally in bipartite arrangement with cut-limestone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, post-2002. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, post-2002. Set back from line of road in own grounds with hedge boundary to perimeter of site.
