Enclosure in Dunbell Big

A sub-square enclosure (dims. c. 45m NE-SW) identified as the cropmark of a fosse on an aerial photograph (CUCAP BGG093, 16 July 1971). Another, slightly smaller, roughly square enclosure (KK024-013001-), also identified as a cropmark on the same aerial photograph, is located immediately to the NW, and appears to be conjoined with it at the NW angle. There are a number of enclosures in the vicinity, including KK024-051---- c. 170m to the N; KK024-159---- c. 110m to the WNW; KK024-010001- c. 330m to the SW; KK024-011---- c. 170m to the SW and KK024-012---- c. 160m to the SSE.
