Burnfoot is a medieval tower house at the foot of Carcow Burn in Dumfries and Galloway. It stands where the small burn joins the Afton Water, giving the place its name and marking the boundary between two local watercourses. The tower may have watched this narrow valley for centuries, serving the people who lived beside the burn before the cottage and farm took the same name.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Burnfoot as Tower House (medieval). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 100m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
