What is recorded here

Castlefield is a prehistoric enclosure in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, where ancient people drew a visible line around life itself. The stones or ditches may have marked pasture, ceremony or warning, yet the exact purpose has faded. Imagine children running inside that boundary while storms passed outside, certain the field belonged to them because they had shaped it.
