Hut site in Dromroe (glanarought By.)

In rough hill pasture, on an E-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Dromoghty River and within a network of relict field boundaries (KE101-092004-). The remains of a D-shaped hut site (3.2m E-W) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.2m) and by a straight W side (L 3.4m N-S), formed by a section of the relict field walls. The drystone wall protrudes above the surface of the bog. There is an entrance (Wth 0.6m) at NE. An enclosure (KE101-092003-) abuts the N arc of this hut site.
