On small platform on S-facing slope overlooking River Laney valley to SE. Field fence crosses W end of structure. Comprises gallery (L over 2m; Wth c. 1m) aligned E-W, represented by two sidestones to N and S, and backstone outside gallery walls at E end. Two outer-wall stones and possible buttress-stone exposed along N side. Gallery covered by single roofstone; surrounded by mound incorporating field clearance which merges with fence to W. Inner face of backstone has deeply incised scorings; age and nature of this feature are uncertain. Standing stone (6867) and cairn (CO059-10203-) in same field. Wedge-tomb (6421) c. 220m upslope to NNE. (deValera and O Nualláin 1982, 12, Co. 15).
