Gateway, c.1850, comprising pair of limestone ashlar piers with moulded concave detailing on stringcourse, cut-stone coping over, wrought iron double gates having finials, and sections of wrought iron flanking railings on squared rubble stone plinth having finials leading to pair of limestone ashlar outer piers with moulded concave detailing on stringcourse, and cut-stone coping over. Renovated, c.1950, with flanking railings to right (south-west) removed to accommodate vehicular entrance. Set back from road on avenue in grounds shared with Curraghmore House.
