Cross-slab in Clonmacnoise

Probably dates to the early Christian period (6th–10th century AD) and may have functioned as a grave marker or memorial, reflecting the monastic and religious significance of the Clonmacnoise area. The cross-slab likely carried Christian iconography, associated with early Irish monastic sites and the spread of Christianity in Ireland.
