In Templemore graveyard (SL034-048002-). One of six slabs (see also SL034-048006-; SL034-048007-; SL034-048008-; SL034-048009-; SL034-048011-) carved with crosses with expanded terminals were identified in 1994 used as grave-markers, within the graveyard but all are now obscured by overgrowth (pers. comm. M. B. Timoney). These slabs have been identified as being Early Christian in date (pers. comm. C. Manning). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Sligo' compiled by Ursula Egan, Elizabeth Byrne, Mary Sleeman with Sheila Ronan and Connie Murphy (Dublin Stationery Office, 2005).
