It is mentioned in the entry as follows: In SE quadrant is circular stone-built structure (ext. diam. 8.5m; int. diam. 5m); wall (H 1.6m) roughly built with opening to SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
