This commemorative plaque records: Memorial tree. This tree is dedicated to all our colleagues who have lost their lives to suicide. Planted by Professor Andy Hardy, CEO of UHCW NHS Trust and Susannah Basile, Interim CEO of Doctors in Distress. 2nd December 2024.
This memorial tree honors healthcare professionals who died by suicide, highlighting the mental health challenges within the medical profession; it was dedicated by leading figures in healthcare management to raise awareness and support for colleagues' wellbeing.
