What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1880, with later projecting porch to rear. Pitched slate roof, rendered chimneystacks to gables, timber barge and eaves boards, replacement rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with painted smooth rendered plinth. Segmental-arch headed window openings with one-over-one horned timber sash windows to front and sides, square-headed to rear, one-over-one sashes with coloured margin lights to rear landing window, and painted sills. Segmental-arch headed door opening, timber panelled double doors with fanlight over, flanked by timber pilasters, sandstone step. Set in own grounds with painted roughcast piers to driveway.
