Freestanding drag edged dragged limestone ashlar tomb, dated 1811, on a square plan. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Saint Mary's Church (Ballinrobe) retaining plinth to perimeter with railings now missing.
A tomb erected by James Cuff (d. 1851) of Creagh House '[in] Gratitude and Respect for…Gregory Cuff Esqr. [d. 1811]' contributing positively to the group and setting values of Saint Mary's Church (Ballinrobe).
