End of terrace two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c. 1870, having squared random limestone walls with red brick lacing. Replacement uPVC casement windows and timber entrance door with glass inset and simple fanlight. Asbestos tile roof with gabled dormer. Parking area to front and garden area to rear. One of three.

Despite some later alterations, these terraced late nineteenth-century houses are significant for their building materials of limestone and sandstone, more usually associated with industrial buildings.
