Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c. 1870, having squared random limestone walls with red brick lacing. Replacement timber casement windows and timber entrance door with glass inset, with garden area to front and rear. Asbestos tile roof with gabled dormer. One of three.

Despite some later alterations, these terraced late nineteenth-century houses are significant for their building materials of limestone and sandstone, more usually associated with industrial buildings.
