What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay three-storey house, c. 1795; having annexe to rear. Pitched roof behind parapet with plain coping. Painted render finish. Square headed window openings with cills and having timber sliding sash windows. Three over three pane to the second floor, six over six pane to the first floor and single pane to the ground floor. Round headed door opening with replacement doorcase, plain fanlight and timber panelled door with glazed panels. Street frontage with small railed garden area to front.
Distinctive late-Georgian terraced house, retaining many of its characteristic features, as well as its scale and form unchanged. Significant in its own right, and also for its contribution to this historically fashionable streetscape.
