Coomanaspig hides a tapering stone in bog below its northern slopes, missing entirely from official maps. The irregular rock rises ninety centimetres with horizontal quartz veins, small enough to overlook yet distinct enough to mark when found. People may have placed it as a boundary, memorial or warning, but the bog has taken those reasons back. What remains is a sharp white thread inside dark stone, waiting for boots wet enough to reach it.

This standing stone is located in bog on the lower N slopes of Coomanaspig, SE of Dromgour Point. It is not recorded on the OS maps. The stone is irregular in both elevation and basal plan, tapering as it rises. It measures .9m high, and .82m x .42m at base, tapering to a width of .36m at the top; NNW-SSE.
