Ladys Well is a holy well in Clybanane, County Tipperary, Ireland. The 2008 inventory placed it in low-lying marshy ground and recorded a roughly 3-metre-wide hole protected by a square wire fence measuring 5 metres on each side. It also recorded a grotto dedicated to Our Lady about 100 metres northwest of the well.

Situated in low-lying, wet, marshy terrain. The well is simply a hole (diam. c. 3m) in the ground protected by a square wire fence (5m x 5m). A grotto to Our Lady lies c. 100m to the NW. Linked to Our Lady (Blessed Virgin Mary), the well is associated with Marian devotion, and such sites were often visited for prayers and healing rituals. The nearby grotto suggests a Catholic tradition of pilgrimage and veneration, common in rural areas for protection and intercession.
