Freestanding single-oven single-stage lime kiln, extant 1894, on a square plan. Now disused. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble limestone walls with overgrown coping to parapet. Single segmental-headed oven with cut-limestone voussoirs. Set in relandscaped grounds shared with Cloonnagashel House.
A lime kiln contributing positively to the group and setting values of the Cloonnagashel House estate.
