Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1800, having lower two-bay two-storey extension to west gable. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings throughout, with timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills to front (north) elevation, having six-over-three panes to first floor and six-over-six panes to ground floor, and with replacement uPVC windows to extension and to rear (south) elevation. Round-headed door opening with spoked fanlight and double-leaf timber panelled doors. Single-bay single-storey outbuildings attached to west gable and to rear elevation of extension, three-bay single-storey outbuilding to south gable of south outbuilding. Pitched slate roofs, roughcast rendered walls, square-headed openings and elliptical-headed carriage arch to central bay of three-bay outbuilding. Rubble stone garden wall with square-profile rendered piers to boundary between farmyard and garden, with wrought-iron pedestrian gate. Roughcast rendered entrance walls with square-profile piers and wrought-iron double-leaf gates.
