Cross-slab in Clonmacnoise

Clonmacnoise grave-slab inventory (1992) number: CLN00053 Dimensions: H 0.35, W 0.36, T 0.03 An outline cross with median line. The inner line of the two line frame is made up by the outer line of the cross. The frame is slightly trapezoid in shape. Inscription: Below the frame is the inscription 'FOCARTAE' with the 'E' squeezed in beneath the 'A' Evidence of discovery: OPW 1954-58 Condition: Broken in half. Only frame, cross arms and stem.
