Cross-slab in Clonmacnoise

Clonmacnoise grave-slab inventory (1992) number: CLN00036 Dimensions: H 0.36, W 0.35, T 0.02 An outline cross inside a single line frame. There are semicircles inside the cross arms adjacent to the frame. The inscription is beneath the frame. Inscription: 'MAELC[E]C'. Evidence of discovery: OPW 1954-58 Condition: Top part of slab missing and right side damaged. National Monuments Service, Photo number: 81-18, 473, 727.
