What is recorded here

Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1800, retaining original fenestration. Renovated, c.2000. Now disused. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on stone eaves. Painted replacement rendered wall, c.2000, to front (north) elevation. Unpainted rendered wall to side (west) elevation. Exposed random rubble stone wall to rear (south) elevation with lime mortar and remains of lime render over. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. 3/4 timber sash windows with openings to rear (south) elevation now blocked-up with corrugated-iron. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded door. Road fronted with tarmacadam footpath to front.
