Children's burial ground in Cill Ón Chatha stands in the SE corner of a sloping field above St Finan's Bay, preserved as a raised area about 14m by 12.5m with loose stone beneath heavy sod and small upright slabs at the W edge. Rounds were formerly made there, according to local account, suggesting the place still carried life and memory rather than forgotten loss. The children may have belonged to the nearby settlement, their small bodies returned to grass and stone while adults watched the bay below.

Situated in the SE corner of a field, in sloping pasture which overlooks St Finan's Bay to W, this site is noted in the OSNB as a 'burial place for children here called calluragh' (Kilemlagh, 23). It is preserved as a raised area, c. 14m x c. 12.5m, which is poorly defined at its N and W sides. It rises approximately .4m above surrounding ground level to an uneven upper surface, where much loose stone occurs beneath the heavy sod-cover. A slightly raised area at W features a number of small upright slabs. Rounds were formerly made at this site (Sugrue 1993, 41). The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
