A sea cave in the Castlerock and Downhill cliffs is recorded by the RNLI through the 2009 rescue of two boys who were cut off there by the rising tide.
This is a dangerous tidal cave. Two children had to be rescued from it after the tide cut them off. Do not approach without checking the tide and local safety advice.
