Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860, having gabled glazed porch addition to front (south-east) and recent extension to side (north-east). Pitched slate roof with rendered eaves course, chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with raised render quoins to front elevation. Camber-headed window openings with rendered sills, raised render block-and-start surrounds and eight-over-eight pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed fixed timber-framed windows to porch. Round-headed door opening with timber surround and archivolt to interior of porch, having timber panelled door with spoked fanlight. Roughcast rendered enclosing walls with render copings and square-profile capped gate piers with cast-iron gates.
