Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrigan More, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the south-facing crest of a broad northwestern to southeastern spur. A circular grass-covered area measures thirty-two metres across and contains an overgrown earthen bank incorporated into a field boundary. A wide fosse separates the main bank from an outer ridge, while a berm replaces the ditch along the southeastern edge.
On the S-facing crest of a broad NW-SE spur. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 32m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by an overgrown but poached earthen bank (Wth 4.5-5m; int. H 0.8-0.9m; ext. H 2-2.4m,) which is incorporated into a field bank NNW-ENE. It is separated by a fosse (at W: Wth of top 6.6m; Wth of base 2m; D 1.6m) from an outer bank (at W: Wth 3.4m; ext. H 0.65m) SSW-NNW. The fosse is replaced by a berm (Wth 2.3m) SE-SSW and there is an entrance at E.
