Indicted is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carnagh West, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies an oval grass-covered rise at the southeast end of a northwest-southeast spur. An overgrown earthen bank, shallow fosse and slight outer bank surround the interior, while an entrance and causeway face east. Rath lies approximately 190 metres to the southwest.
On a rise at the SE end of a NW-SE spur. Oval grass-covered but poached area (dims 37m NNW-SSE; 29.8m WNW-WSW) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at SSE: Wth 5.8m; int. H 1.25m; ext. H 2.3m) separated by a fosse (at SSE: Wth of top 6m; Wth of base 2m; D 0.95m) from a slight outer bank (Wth 3.2m; ext. H 0.35m). The entrance (Wth 2.4m) and causeway (Wth 4.5m) are at E. Rath (RO045-155----) is c. 190m to the SW.
