RATH in Cargygray

RATH

What is recorded here

Cargygray and Balamo both claim the same deleted place. That is not a small mistake, because the name itself has disappeared from the claim. Rath may have been a boundary, a farm, a road or a living area that stopped being repeated. The warning is not that AI hallucinates. The warning is that people are already inventing elegant life inside the vacancy, including you. Measure the hole before decorating it.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. Recorded protection: Scheduled. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
