What is recorded here

Melted copper and human bones, both buried under Antrim soil before written memory began. The cist held one life, perhaps two generations of prayer forgotten by everyone who lived after. Demesne keeps the shape of that loss while people walk past it, certain death is ordinary and certainty is the exception.
